* Member is whoever is associated to the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) and will be requested to declare the Membership Number. If you are not registered yet or need to renew your membership please click here

** These individuals must include a letter from their program director, chief of service or faculty advisor to be eligible for reduced fees.

*** Please note that you can choose this fee only if you would attend ONE day; if you would attend 2 or more days you have to pay the Full Congress entry fee (ISHS members/Non-ISHS members/Student Registrations)

Registration fees include: Congress kit, attendance to all scientific sessions, admission to the exhibition and poster area, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and working lunches as indicated in the program, Welcome Cocktail, Get Together and a copy of the symposium proceedings that will be published as a volume of Acta Horticulturae.

The One Day fee includes: Congress kit, certificate of attendance, 2 coffee breaks and 1 working lunch as indicated in the program.

Pre-symposium tour fee includes:
Bus transportation, hotel accommodation and catering services (coffee-breaks, lunches and dinners).

Post-symposium tour fee includes:
Bus transportation, hotel accommodation and catering services (coffee-breaks, lunches and dinners).

Berry School fee includes:
Access to the school, Hotel Accommodation, catering  services (coffee-break, lunch and dinner).

MACFRUT
Entry is free of charge, but online registration on MACFRUT website is mandatory.


GROUP REGISTRATION

The Group registration is offered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals.

The deadline for EARLY group registration fee is March 2, 2020. All the Groups must be closed, confirmed and paid whithin this date otherwhise from March 3 the late fee will be applied to all the members of the group already open, and the total ammount will be incresed.

The last deadline for Group registration is April 3, 2020. Final list of participants and payment must be received whitin April 3, 2020, after this date if a group is not completed and paid yet, we will delete it and each member of the group has to make a new online individual registration and has to pay the late fee.

 If you need to input more groups, start with the first group, insert all the information, and confirm it. Once the group information is confirmed, you may continue with the same process for any further groups.

 IMPORTANT: Registrations of all members of the group must be done by the person in charge of the management of the group only. No individual registration will be accepted. Any tour, event and accompanying person has to be added at the moment of the registration of each member of the group. It is not possible to make any change and add any tour or event or accompanying person once the group is closed and confirmed.

If the group is not closed yet and you want to modify the registraiton of one of your guests, you have to “delete” this record and add it again.

 Please note: For Group registration is acceppted only payment by credit card.

ONSITE COLLECTION OF GROUPS’ MEETING MATERIAL

The collection of material for groups can be done on May 1, 2020, only.
An appointment is required within and no later than April 8,2020.
Please send an email to ISS2020.registration@aimgroup.eu.

After April 8, 2020, requests for appointment will be no longer accepted and each delegate will collect the material individually at the registration desks, starting from May 2, 2020.

NAME CHANGES (FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS AND SMALL GROUPS UP TO 10 PEOPLE ONLY)
After April 3, 2020 name changes will be charged with a handling fee of € 150,00 (VAT 22% included) per name change.

Registration will close on Friday April 24th, 2020. After this date only onsite registration will be possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation of registration should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 30% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before March 20, 2020. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.

  • The first time you enter the system you have to register your personal data by clicking on “New user? Please click here” button and you will get a username and password, confirmed by email.
  • Once registered your personal data you will find some icons including “Register to the event” one.
  • Click on this icon and register.
  • Once registered a confirmation email will be sent.
  • Please take care of the correct address you will insert in your personal data. To enter the online system again you can login with the username and password received.

VISA Information 

Depending on your citizenship, you may need to obtain a visa before coming to Italy. For detailed information, visit the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: http://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en 

It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Italy and to apply for a visa, if necessary. The conference organizers and/or the Organizing Secretariat will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. 

Visas should be requested at least 4 months before departure as the application process can take several weeks. The invitation letter to apply for visa can be downloaded in the online registration system.

ADMISSION/LOST BADGE

Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badge during the Meeting activities. The badge allows entrance to the scientific sessions and the exhibition.

Lost badges will only be replaced against the payment of a handling fee of €60,00 (VAT included) and upon proof of original registration.

Please note that children are not allowed in the Congress area throughout the duration of the Meeting. In case of negligence, the organising secretariat cannot be addressed for any responsibility.
